and the report is Ex.P1. Further, the saving account
no.3093000101105968 is lying dormant and the overdue locker
rent as on date is Rs.2505.89/-. Further, the said saving bank
account has zero balance and the bank charges overdue on the
same as on date is Rs.7,000/- approximately. The statement of
Assistant Manager is recorded separately to this effect.
Adjournment sought by counsel for petitioner to file
affidavit of evidence. Let the same be filed along-with list of
