At this stage, respondent no.2 and 3 submit that they
have no-objection, if letter of administration in respect of Locker
No.PS00380 maintained by deceased Lt. Sh. Pramod Kumar Gupta in
Punjab National Bank, Branch Hauz Khas, Delhi is granted in favour
of petitioner, namely, Sh. Priyank Gupta. The separate statements of
respondent no.2- Bank and respondent no.3 are recorded to this effect.
Pleadings stated to be completed. From the pleadings,
following issues are framed:-
a) Whether petitioner is entitled to grant of
letter of administration in respect of Locker
No.PS00380 maintained by deceased Lt. Sh. Pramod
Kumar Gupta in Punjab National Bank, prayed for?

b) Relief.
No other issue arises or pressed for.
