Present : Mr. Gourav Dixit, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner.
Report not filed by the Ld. Local Commissioner.
Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that he has been
informed by Ld. Local Commissioner telephonically that he is busy in
Bar Elections, therefore, he is unable to visit the Bank to prepare the
inventory of articles. Ld. Counsel for petitioner further submits that
some other member of the Bar may be appointed as Local
Commissioner in the present matter for the said purpose.
In view of the submissions of Ld. Counsel for petitioner,
Ms. Savita, Advocate, Enrl. No. D/1618/2018, Mob. No.9971478352,
Chamber No. G-615, Karkardooma, Delhi is hereby appointed as
Local Commissioner, who shall visit the Punjab National Bank, Hauz
Khas, Delhi within one week along with petitioner/counsel for
petitioner wherein in his presence, the Bank Manager shall open the
locker No.PS00380 and the Local Commissioner shall prepare
inventory of the articles lying therein under the signatures of Bank
Manager, petitioner and two independent witnesses. The photography
and videography of the proceedings shall also be conducted at the
expenses of the petitioner at the spot. The fee of Local Commissioner
has been fixed at Rs.40,000/- excluding out of the pocket expenses.
Local commissioner is directed to file a report as expeditiously as
possible, but not later than the next date of hearing.

11.12.2024. Copy of this order be given dasti to petitioner.
