1. Warrants of attachment received back unexecuted with the
report that ‘
the DH did not come for execution’.
2. Ld. Counsel for the DH requests for issuance for fresh warrants
of attachment.
3. Upon filing of PF within a week, warrants of attachment be
issued qua the movable properties of JD on the fresh address
mentioned in order sheet dated 19.07.2026, returnable for the NDOH.
The DH shall appear before the Ld. ACJ for appointment of bailiff
on 06.10.2026. The warrants of attachment shall be returnable on
06.11.2026. Concerned SHO is directed to provide necessary police
aid to the bailiff.
4. DH is directed to ensure that there is no stay against the
orders sought to be executed and DH shall file an affidavit to this
effect at the time of filing of PF.

behalf of DH for furnishing the fresh address of JD. As per the
application, the JD is residing at B-9/72C, Inderlok, Near water tank,
Delhi.
2. Upon filing of PF within a week, warrants of attachment be
issued qua the movable properties of JD
on the fresh address
furnished today, returnable for the NDOH. The DH shall appear
before the Ld. ACJ for appointment of bailiff on 27.08.2026. The
