It is stated by counsel for DH that vide judgment dated
31.10.2025, this court passed a decree of possession along with
recovery of arrears of rent and utility charges. That, till date, JD has
neither handed over possession of the suit property, nor paid a single
penny towards decreetal amount.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, let warrants of
possession as well as attachment be issued against JD, subject to
payment of deficient court fees, returnable for 25.02.2026. Let list of
articles along with PF be filed within a week.
DH to appear before ld. ACJ for appointment of bailiff
on 06.01.2026.
