IO submits that the chargesheet has been filed
against accused Mohan Gupta and Pardeep and one accused
Akram @ Wajid has been placed in column 12A of the
chargesheet because he could not be arrested as there is no
connectivity of said accused with the offence and further
investigation is pending against him and as and when
connectivity is found, supplementary chargesheet shall be filed.
I take cognizance for offences under Section 21 (c)
and 29 of NDPS Act.
Accused Pradeep is stated to be on bail and accused
Mohan Gupta is stated to be in JC till 31.08.2023.
Issue summons to accused Pradeep and
production warrants be issued against accused Mohan
Gupta for 31.08.2023.
