Matter is fixed for consideration of Charge.
At this stage, ld. Counsel for accused, namely,
Mohan Gupta has apprised the Court qua Order dated 22/4/2026
passed by Hon’ble HC of Delhi, vide which directions have been
issued by Hon’ble HC of Delhi for deciding the issue of framing
of charge within a period of two weeks.
In view of the same, let submissions be heard on
point of charge on behalf of both the accused persons.
Part submissions have been made on behalf of both
accused persons by their respective ld. Counsels.
Ld. Addl. PP for the State has prayed for a days time
for going through the record of the instant FIR especially in light
of fact that the IO is absent today.
Allowed.
Let IO be summoned through DCP concerned for
13/5/2026 at 11:30 am.
