Accused Mohan Gupta produced from JC, along
with Ld. Counsel Ms. Shivani Sharma.
Accused Pradeep is present on bail, alongwith Ld.
Counsel Mr. Hashim Alam.
Ld. Counsel for accused Mohan Gupta has filed
copy of order dated 21.04.2025 passed by Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi in CRL. M.C. 2601/2025, CRL. M.A. 11683/2025 in which
Hon’ble Court has been pleased to pass the following directions:
“5.a. The FSL is directed to expedite the
preparation and submission of the report
in relation to the present case. The
concerned DCP is instructed to follow up
with the FSL for the said report.
b. Upon the receipt of the FSL report, the
Trial Court shall proceed to hear
arguments on the point of framing of
charge without any delay.
c. Post framing of charges, the
examination of members of the raiding
team shall be conducted expeditiously.”
Today, report has been received from one SI Vikas
Deep (ANTF/Crime Branch) stating that letter to FSL has been
sent for filing FSL report regarding mobile phones and as per
reply, the result is not ready.
Since Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has passed
specific directions, the same are intimated to the concerned DCP
(ANTF/Crime Branch) for taking necessary steps for obtaining
the FSL result. Contd/-

Copy of this order is also being sent to bring the
same into the knowledge of Director : FSL for necessary action.
Issue notice to the DCP (ANTF/Crime Branch) and
Director : FSL to file FSL result on next date of hearing. Copy of
the aforesaid order of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and copy of
this order be annexed with the notices.
Put up for filing of FSL result on 23.05.2025.
