Keeping in view the discrepancies and contradictory
report filed by the process servers of PS concerned, issue notice to
process servers who executed bailable warrant on 10.02.2026 and
26.11.2025 respectively, as both reports are forwarded by the SHO
concerned, to appear in person and explain in this regard on the next
date of hearing.
Issue notice to SHO concerned to file report within two
weeks.
In the meantime, issue NBW against the accused within
a week through SHO concerned, returnable for 09.07.2026.
