Matter is reported to have already been settled in the
office of BSES under PCC scheme on 16.02.2026 for a sum of Rs.
13,000/-, out of which Rs. 1,000/- has already been paid by the
accused and accused has defaulted in making payment. Copy of
order already filed on record.
In compliance of previous directions, verification report
not filed by the complainant.
Complainant sought some time to file verification report
and for filing amended memo of parties in terms of order dated
09.07.2026.
Let the same be filed during the course of the day, failing
which cost of Rs. 500/- shall be imposed upon the complainant.
Let accused be summoned after filing of verification
report of the address and whereabouts of the accused and amended
memo of parties by the complainant, through SHO concerned and in
addition dasti summons be given, on filing of PF within seven days
from today.
