It is submitted by HC Sandeep as well as Ct. Dhrampal
that after verification about the whereabouts of accused, it revealed
that the correct father name of accused is Sh. Ram Kishore and not
Ram Kishan as mentioned in the complaint. Copy of aadhar card
alongwith the bailable warrant issued against the accused for
26.11.2025 is annexed with the report, wherein, father name of
accused is shown as Ram Kishore Verma.
Heard. Record perused. Submissions found correct.
SI Mohit Yadav, HC Sandeep and Ct. Dhrampal are
discharged.
Matter is reported to have already been settled in the
office of BSES under PCC scheme on 16.02.2026 for a sum of Rs.
13,000/-, out of which Rs. 1,000/- has already been paid by the
accused and accused has defaulted in making payment. Copy of
order already filed on record.
Complainant is directed to file verification report qua
address and whereabouts of accused on the next date of hearing.
List the matter for verification report 02.09.2026.
