ORAL ORDER :
1. Perused the application and say filed thereon.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Present application is filed on behalf of applicant for
extension of time to carry out amendment in Marji Application. By
filing present application it is contended that by order dated
19/9/2025 this Court allowed the applicant to carry out amendment
in Marji Application and to take legal heirs on record within
stipulated time but due to personal difficulties of the advocate on
record for the applicant, the said amendment could not be carried

out within stipulated time. The applicant is willing to carry out
amendment in accordance with the order of this Court. Therefore
seeking extension of time to carry out amendment.
4. On the other hand, respondent by filing reply strongly
objected this application and leave it to this Court for passing
appropriate order.
5. After hearing both sides, gone through the contents of
the application and reply filed thereon, also gone through the record
of the proceedings, by way of this application it is contended by the
applicant that due to personal difficulties of the advocate on record
of the applicant, the amendment is not carried out within stipulated
time as per order dated 19/9/2025. Considering the reason stated in
this application, if the time is extended to carry out amendment in
virtue of order dated 19/9/2025, no harm or prejudice will be
caused to the respondent. Hence, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. Time is extended till next date to the
applicant for to carry out amendment in
compliance of order dated 19/9/2025.
