ORDER
This application is filed by defendant for taking his additional
written statement on record by condoning the delay. Plaintiff
strongly opposed the application. It is stated that sufficient cause for
condonation of delay is not shown. Delay of each day is not explained
properly. Therefore, plaintiff prayed to reject the application.
