The applicant viz. Zeenath Firoz Shaikh and
respondent Firoz Latif Shaikh are present before the court.
They have filed this consent term. They are identified by their
Ld. Counsels Archana Singh and Mr. Kalam Shaikh
respectively. The contents of consent terms are read over to
the applicant and responent, admitted to be true and correct.
Hence, read and recorded. By way of withdrawal application,
the applicant prayed to withdraw the case. If considered this
fact the matter is amicably settled between the parties and the
applicant is praying to withdraw the case, the same is required
to be considered, hence the applications are hereby allowed.
