ORDER BELOW EXH.15
This application is filed by Ld. APP for merging
supplementary charge-sheet C.C.No.1570/PS/2022 in main charge-sheet
C.C.No.630/PS/2022. It is signed by Ld. APP and informant. Perused
application and case papers. Heard Ld. APP.
It is submitted by prosecution that, F.I.R. No. 260 of 2020 is
registered at Bandra Police Station for the offence punishable under
Sections 509, 506 of Indian Penal Code. Charge-sheet is filed and it is
registered as C.C.No.630/PS/2022. Later on, police filed supplementary
charge-sheet in same F.I.R., and it is registered as C.C.No.1570/PS/2022.
Considering the facts that, both cases arises from same F.I.R., therefore,
supplementary charge-sheet C.C.No.1570/PS/2022 is to be merged in
main charge-sheet C.C.No.630/PS/2022. Hence, I pass the following
order-
ORDER
1 Application is allowed.
2 Judicial Clerk and Registry is directed to disposed off
supplementary charge-sheet C.C.No.1570/PS/2022 and merged
it in main charge-sheet C.C.No.630/PS/2022.
3 Issue notice to the accused in supplementary charge-sheet of this
order and preponement of the date.
