4. I will have to check whether I possess or not any document
to show that I am working as a broker in Midas Finance. I am partner
of said firm. There may be partnership agreement to that effect. I can
produce it on next date. I am not sure whether complainant was
present or not on the date of transaction. It is not true to say that I do
not have personal knowledge as to the transaction. It is not true to say
that I am deposing false against accused at the instance of complainant.
Cross examination is over.
