(ORDER OF COMMITTAL)
1. The officer in charge after the completion of the investigation in
C.R. No. 948/2024 registered with Pant Nagar Police Station,
Mumbai, under Sections 74, 75(1), 78, 308 (4), 351(2), 352 of
the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short ‘BNS’) has filed
report (Charge Sheet) under Section 193 of Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
2. Accused is on bail.
3. The provisions of Section 230 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita, 2023 are complied with the copies of the Police Report,
documents and statements of witnesses are supplied to the
accused.
4. The offence punishable under Section 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya
Sanhita, 2023 is exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions.
Hence, the case is committed for trial to the Hon'ble Sessions
Court, Greater Mumbai.
5. The record of the case and the documents and the articles, if any,
which are to be produced in the evidence be sent to the Hon'ble

6. Accused and his Advocate are directed to remain present before
the Hon'ble Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai on 30.09.2025 at
11.00 a.m..

the Hon'ble Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai.
