(ORDER OF COMMITTAL)
1. The Officer in charge after the completion of the investigation in C.R. No. 948/2024, registered with Pant Nagar Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 74, 75(1), 78, 308(4), 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in Short ‘BNS’) has filed report (Charge Sheet) under Section 193 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
2. Accused is on Bail
3. The provisions of Section 230 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 are complied with the copies of the Police Report, documents and statements of witnesses are supplied to the accused.
4. The offence punishable under Section 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions. Hence, the case is committed for trial to the Honurble Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai.
