plaintiff. The C/S is within limitation right to sue survive
hence, 1.Chamber Summons No.2193 of 2019 is made
absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), the applicants except
applicant no.4 LR of plaintiff be added as LR of plaintiff. 2.
Applicants to carryout amendment as per schedule within 14
days from the date of order. 3.Applicant to bear cost of
Chamber Summons. 4.Chamber Summons No.2193 of 2019 is
disposed off accordingly.
