The original plaintiff died on 16/11/2019 and applicants are the legal heirs of the original plaintiff. Ld.Adv. for the plaintiff fairly considered that, applicant no.4 is not legal heir of plaintiff. The C/S is within limitation right to sue survive hence, 1.Chamber Summons No.2193 of 2019 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), the applicants except applicant no.4 LR of plaintiff be added as LR of plaintiff.
