Keyur Mehta respondent present. CS 1999/19 O- today the
parties are present in person with advocate of plaintiff. They
have filed consent terms (Exh-11 ). The Plaintiff filed CS for
amendment in title clause as per the scheduled. The
defendants have no objection. Hence, in view of the above CS
is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Plaintiff is
allowed to carryout necessary amendment as per scheduled
forthwith. In view of that CS is disposed off. In view of the
consent terms filed, I have verified the Identity of the parties
from the photo identity cards supplied to me. I have inquired
with the defendants about the settlement and their consents.
They have received pay order in the court as per the consent
terms. Thus, I proceed to passed the following order. ORDER
1. In view of consent terms suit is disposed off as settled. 2.
Decree be drawn up accordingly.
