O- today the parties are present in person with advocate of plaintiff. They have filed consent terms (Exh-11 ).
The Plaintiff filed CS for amendment in title clause as per the scheduled. The defendants have no objection. Hence, in view of the above CS is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Plaintiff is allowed to carryout necessary amendment as per scheduled forthwith. In view of that CS is disposed off.
