Perused previous roznama. On 02.08.2021, it was
directed that the plaintiff should take steps for
registration of suit. But till today the plaintiff has
not taken any steps. The notice of motion appears
to be filed on 04.04.2019 but till this date the
notice of motion is not served upon the defendant.
There is no adinterim relief granted in favour of
the plaintiff. This shows that the plaintiff is not
interested in the notice of motion. Hence, Notice of
Motion No. 3822/19 stands dismissed. It be
removed from the board. Order below Exh.1 Inspite
of specific directions the plaintiff fail to take steps
for registration of suit. Prior to the pandemic also
the suit was also kept for dismissal. Since long the
matter is pending for dismissal. As no steps were
taken by the plaintiff and as even plaintiff has not
register the suit, it stands dismissed. Case papers be
filed. It be register only for statistical purpose.
