Perused previous roznama. On 02.08.2021, it was directed that the plaintiff should take steps for registration of suit. But till today the plaintiff has not taken any steps. The notice of motion appears to be filed on 04.04.2019 but till this date the notice of motion is not served upon the defendant. There is no ad-interim relief granted in favour of the plaintiff.
