F.R.S.R following order is passed on
ORDER
1. Adoption Petition No.18/2020 is allowed.
2. It is declared that the Petitioner Anuj Parshuram Sutar is the adoptive father of minor female child Riya Dilip Gupta and the respondent Mrs.Renu Anuj Sutar is her mother. Henceforth, Riya is the daughter of Petitioner and respondent.
3. The concerned Municipal authorities are directed to issue birth certificate of Riya who was born on 21/09/2010 showing the name of Petitioner Mr.Anuj Parshuram Sutar as her father and respondent Mrs.Renu Anuj Sutar as her mother.
4. The petitioners are permitted to apply to the passport authorities and all the Government/Semi Government authorities in respect of issuance of passport, PAN Card, Aadhar Card and other necessary documents in the name of Riya Anuj Sutar.
5. Adoption Petition No.18/2020 is thus disposed of accordingly.
