The officer of defendant Corporation Mr. Barwade submitted that the structures in the photographs submitted by the plaintiff are not being touched. He submitted that the structure seen in the photographs produced by him today is being demolished which is different than the structure seen in photographs produced by the plaintiff. He further submitted that he will produce the rough sketch showing the exact location of the structure being demolished as well as the structures seen in the photographs tendered by the plaintiff. Time is granted to submit the rough sketch.
Defendant to serve copy of rough sketch on the adv. For plaintiff. Parties to maintain status quo in respect of the suit premises till next date.
