father. Adv for the plffs have not taken objection for allowing this Ch/s. Hence, Ch/s no. 1513/19 is
made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Plaintiff no. 1 is directed to carry out
amendment accordingly and Ch/s No. 1513/19 stands disposed of accordingly.
