Defendant-13 expired in November 1995 and applicant who is son of deceased Defendant-13 has taken out this Ch/s for bringing him on record as Defendant no. 13a by deleting name of his father. Adv for the plffs have not taken objection for allowing this Ch/s. Hence, Ch/s no. 1513/19 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Plaintiff no. 1 is directed to carry out amendment accordingly and Ch/s No. 1513/19 stands disposed of accordingly.
