For the reasons separately recorded, the following order is passed
ORDER
1. The defendants shall pay Rs.96,582/- (Rs. Ninety Six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Two Only) to the plaintiff and defendants shall also pay with interest on principal amount of Rs.69,273/- at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. The defendants do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
