Perused the application. Heard Ld. Adv Shri Simerpreet Singh for the pltff. It is submitted that the matter is settled out of court between the parties. It is also submitted that similar dispute between the parties pending before RERA is also settled by virtue of consent terms Exh. 11. Thus it is submitted that as the matter is settled, the pltff does not wish to continue with the suit.
