F.R.S.R. following order is passed.
ORDER
The Suit is decreed with costs as under-
1. The Defendant no. 1 and 2 jointly and severally to pay to the plaintiff amount of Rs.4,06,700.17/- (Four Lacs Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventeen Paise Only) with interest at the rate of 10.95 percent per annum with monthly rest from the date of filing the suit i.e. 05/05/2018 till it\''s full realisation.
2. Plaintiff bank is entitled to sell hypothecated Four wheeler (Car) Maruti Swift Dzire bearing registration No. MH-03-BC-1503 as per law to recover the decreetal amount.
3. Decree be drawn-up accordingly.
