Summons for Judgment no.9/16, it is just and desirable to
permit the defendant to file the written statement on record,
to meet the ends of justice, but subject to cost. Hence the
notice of motion no.1777/18 is allowed, delay caused in
filing the written statement is hereby condoned, subject to
cost of Rs.1500/- payable by the defendant to the plaintiff,
on or before the next date without fail. The payment of cost
is the condition precedent. Notice of Motion no.1777/18 is
disposed of. Matter is adjd. to 20/12/2018 for Compliance.
