parties to the suit. The plaintiff has filed affidavit in reply
and she has no objection for the said prayer. The presence
of the proposed defendants/applicants is necessary in order
to enable the Court to effectually and completely adjudicate
upon and settle all the questions involved in the suit.
Therefore, Ch./s no. 673/20 is allowed in terms of prayer
clauses (a). The plaintiff is directed to amend the plaint
accordingly within 14 days from today. For sake of
