By way of instant Ch/s the applicants pray to the Court to add them as parties to the suit. The plaintiff has filed affidavit in reply and she has no objection for the said prayer. The presence of the proposed defendants/applicants is necessary in order to enable the Court to effectually and completely adjudicate upon and settle all the questions involved in the suit. Therefore, Ch./s no. 673/20 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a). The plaintiff is directed to amend the plaint accordingly within 14 days from today.
