Order - Perused the affidavit in lieu of examination in chief of pw no. 01 Mrs. Sharaddha Dhruv More and documents filed alongwith list of documents Exh. 09. Heard both the sides.
1) The document at sr. no. 01 are the photocopies of Aadhar Card and Rashan Card which are verified from the original in the court by the sheristedar of court. The above documents are issued by public authority in discharge of public function. Therefore, documents at sr. no. 01 are admitted and marked as Exh. 10 colly.
2) The document at sr. no. 02 is the photocopy of certificate issued by senior P.I. of Crime Branch in respect of the missing person. The above document is photocopy and plaintiff did not lay the foundation for adducing secondary evidence in respect of same.
Hence document at sr. no. 02 is marked as Article P-01.
3) The document at sr. no. 02 is the certified copy of certificate about missing person issued to the plaintiff by senior P. I. Of Shahu Nagar Police station in discharge of his official function. Hence, document at sr. no. 03 is admitted and marked as Exh. 11.
4) The document at sr. no. 04 is the original public notice in the news paper and paper notes about missing person. PW 01 has adduced proper evidence in respect of same. Hence, document at sr. no. 04 is marked as Exh. 12 colly.
