Heard advocate for petitioners. Petitioner no.1 is biological mother of the child and petitioner no.2 and 3 are proposed adoptive parents of the child. All petitioners have filed the main petition jointly in the matter of adoption of the child. Thus CWC is not a necessary party. Hence application (Exh.2) is rejected.
