ORDER
1.The defendant shall pay Rs.1,32,500.27ps/-(Rs. One Lac Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Seven paise Only) to the plaintiff, with interest at the rate of 18 per cent per annum on the principal sum of Rs.1,30,000/- from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
