O R D E R
1. Perused. With consent heard finally.
2. The plaintiff intents to amend the plaint to bring on record
subsequent event of passing of a speaking order dated 3.6.2019 by the
defendant in pursuance to the impugned Notice under Section 354A of
the MMC Act.
3. The suit is filed in the month of April. It is undisputed that the
speaking Order is passed in the month of June, 2019. It being the
subsequent event can very well be brought on record. Likewise the
plaintiff can also be allowed to plead the grounds to challenge said
order as well as to add the prayers in respect of such order.

Consequently, I pass the following order:
ORDER
1. Draft Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer
Clause (a).
2. Plaintiff shall amend the plaint on or before next date and shall
serve the copy of amended plaint on the defendant.
3. Plaintiff shall also provide the copy of amended plaint to the
Court.
4. Draft Chamber Summons be registered for statistical purpose.
5. No order as to costs.
