Plaintiff has taken out present Ch/s for bringing on record legal-heirs of deceased plaintiff. It is submitted that original plaintiff is died on 15.12.2021 and it is necessary to bring on record legal-heirs of deceased plaintiff. It is submitted that there is some delay in taking of Ch/s as death certificate of plaintiff was not available. Hence, prayed for allowing Ch/s. Defendant failed to file reply to Ch/s. Considering the submissions it would be just and proper to allow Ch/s. for proper adjudication of the matter. Hence, I proceed to pass following order:
