She submits ttat earlier representative of plaintiff namely Mr.Advait Keni is not working with the plaintiff and therefore another employee of plaintiff namely Anil K.Joshi be permitted to be brought on record in place of earlier one. The copy of C/S is already served on defendant on 02/04/2018. However no reply is filed. Considering the limited prayer, I find it just and proper to allow the same. Hence, the order 1. Chamber Summons No.649/18 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which read as under that the present Applicant&amp#039s/Plaintiff&amp#0 39s authrozied representative Mr.Advait Jaiprakash Keni be substituted in the name of Mr.Anil K. Joshi in the above said suit as the earlier representative has left the service of the Applicant/Plaintiff. 2. Plaintiff to carryout necessary amendment within 14 days from date of this order. 3.
