The present C/S is moved by plaintiff seeking substitution of its authorised representative.
Heard ld.Adv. Smruti Gurav for plaintiff. She submits ttat earlier representative of plaintiff namely Mr.Advait Keni is not working with the plaintiff and therefore another employee of plaintiff namely Anil K.Joshi be permitted to be brought on record in place of earlier one.

Considering the limited prayer, I find it just and proper to allow the same. Hence, the order-

that the present Applicant''s/Plaintiff''s authrozied representative Mr.Advait Jaiprakash Keni be substituted in the name of Mr.Anil K. Joshi in the above said suit as the earlier representative has left the service of the Applicant/Plaintiff.
