N/M. Perused contents of N/M, plaint, documents annexed
thereto and heard arguments advanced by both sides. The
Plff is challenging proceeding u/s.351 of MMC Act. In the
speaking order dt.29/3/2019, reply filed by Plff and
documents alongwith the same are apparently not
considered. Hence, the Designated Officer shall pass
speaking order after considering reply of the Plff alongwith
his documents. Therefore ad-interim relief needs to be
granted. Hence, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause
(a) is granted till passing of fresh order by Designated
Officer after considering reply and documents of the Plff. If
such order is adverse to Plff&amp#039s interest the
same shall not be enforced for one week from supply of
copy of the said order to the Plff. Plff is at liberty to file
additional documents, if any, within one week from today.
With these directions N/M is disposed off. N/M be
registered for statistical purpose. Authenticated copy be
given to the both parties. Adjd to 11/7/2019 for WS.
