Hence, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) is granted till passing of fresh order by Designated Officer after considering reply and documents of the Plff. If such order is adverse to Plff\''s interest the same shall not be enforced for one week from supply of copy of the said order to the Plff.
