order dated 23.03.2018, the concerned officer of MCGM
Jr.Engineer Mr.Sudhakar Chavan made a statement at Bar
that the MCGM will pass a fresh order mentioning about the
consideration of both replies of the plff dated 12.03.2018
and 26.02.2018. In view of the statement made by the
concerned officer, no purpose would be served in keeping
the N/m and suit pending. Hence in view of the statement of
the officer, the MCGM to pass the fresh speaking order and
shall communicate the same in writing to the plaintiff. If the
order is adverse to the interest of plaintiff or against the
plaintiff then no coercive action will be taken by the
MCGM for period of two week after the date of
communication of order upon the plaintiff. N/m No.1231/18
stand disposed of accordingly.
