ORDER
अ. एस.सी.दावा क्रमांक 769/2018 फेटाळण्यात येत आहे.
ब. वादीने हक्कज्ञापन व आज्ञार्थी मनाईच्या विनंतीबाबत न्यायालयाच्या अधिकाराकरीता व न्यायालयीन मुद्रांकाकरीता दाव्याची आकारणी प्रत्येकी रूपये 1000/- एकूण रूपये 4000/- इतकी करून त्यावर कमी पडणारा रूपये 400/- इतका न्यायालयीन मुद्रांक दिनांक 30.03.2026 पर्यंत द्यावा. वादी हा मुदतीत उर्वरीत न्यायालयीन मुद्रांक देण्यास चुकल्यास, थकीत जमीन महसुल म्हणुन सदर मुद्रांकाच्या रकमेची वसुली करण्याकरीता जिल्हाधिकारी, बृहन्मुंबई यांना कळविण्यात यावे.
