Further Defendants also have no objection for deleting name
of deceased Plaintiff no.6 from plaint, hence I proceed to pass
following order- ORDER 1. Chamber Summons no.1834 of
2019 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.
Plaintiffs are directed to the name of deceased Plaintiff no.6
from the plaint. 3. Plaintiffs are further directed to serve the
copies of amended plaint upon Defendants and to file typed
copy of amended plaint for the record of the court. Case is
adjourned to 17/06/2020 for Compliance.
