Order Details: Chamber summons Pdf Text: None present for Plaintiff. Advocate Mr. P. V. Shah for Defendant no.1 present Advocate Mr. Arun for Defendant no.2 and 3 present Record shows that reply to Chamber Summons no.642/19 is not filed on behalf of Plaintiff. This Chamber Summons is taken out for recording cross-examination of Plaintiff by Video Conference and for directions to that effect to already appointed Court Commissioner advocate Ms. Puja Narvekar. It is pointed out that Plaintiff is of 85 years old and she has submitted at the time of appointment of Court Commissioner that she is unable to come to Mumbai for her cross-examination. Considering those submissions, I find that either Plaintiff will have to appear before Court Commissioner for cross- examination or to get connected Court Commissioner by Video Conference, hence I proceed to pass following order- ORDER 1. Chamber Summons no.642/19 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 2. Plaintiff is directed to get connected by Video Conference to Court Commissioner who will record Plaintiff&amp#039s cross-examination from Video Conference room of City Civil Court, Mumbai.
