      Adv. Khati submits that the defendant has already removed the notice structure and the plaintiff may be allowed to withdraw the suit unconditionally.  The plaintiff does not wish to have leave to file fresh suit.  Accordingly application Exh. 6 is allowed by allowing plaintiff to withdraw the suit unconditionally.
