ORDER
In view of order dated 21/07/2018 suit is dismissed by the Court.
However, Ld.Counsel for plaintiff tendered Notice of Motion on
14/02/2019 to which leave is granted. Thereafter, after registration of
Notice of Motion it was obligatory on the part of plaintiff to file affidavit
of service to the defendant. Inspite of sufficient opportunities plaintiff
has failed to file affidavit in service 03/07/2019, 07/06/2019,
05/07/2019, 23/09/2019. Today also plaintiff remained absent
Advocate absent failed to file affidavit in service. No adjournment
application is on record. Hence, I proceed to pass following order.

Notice of Motion No.994 of 2019 is dismissed with costs.
