Defendant no.1 has preferred Chamber Summons No. 1255 / 2024, also contending that, there is change of name of defendant no.1 from Electronics for Imaging India (P) Limited to Fiery Digital Imaging India Private Limited.
Both parties have given no objection to Chamber Summons of others.
Accordingly, both Chamber Summons are allowed as follows-

1. Chamber Summons No. 101178 / 2024 is allowed.
2. Chamber Summons No. 101255 / 2024 is allowed.
3. Within 15 days from the date of this Order, plaintiff shall carry out necessary amendment, shall file copy of amended Plaint and shall supply copy of amended Plaint to defendants.
4. Proceeding of Chamber Summons No. 101178 / 2024 and Chamber Summons No. 101255 / 2024 are closed.
5. Order pronounced in open Court.

The defendant no. 1 is also withdrawing the counter claim,

The Suit and Counter Claim stands disposed of in terms of consent terms between plaintiff and defendant no. 1.
